1. Sobre el sitio

rsmusic.cc es el sitio de RS Music, un sello musical independiente. Aquí presentamos a nuestros artistas, su música, sus lanzamientos y una forma de contactarnos.

2. Uso permitido

Puedes usar el sitio para conocer a los artistas, escuchar su música en las plataformas enlazadas y contactarnos. No está permitido:

• Usar el sitio para algo ilegal o que dañe a otras personas.
• Intentar dañar, sobrecargar o entrar sin permiso al sitio o a sus servidores.
• Enviar spam, contenido falso, ofensivo o que no te pertenezca por el formulario.
• Copiar el sitio completo o hacerse pasar por RS Music o por sus artistas.

3. Contenido y derechos

• Las canciones, nombres artísticos, portadas y fotos pertenecen a sus artistas o a sus dueños legales.
• El diseño del sitio, los textos, las biografías y las descripciones de los lanzamientos son de RS Music.
• La música se escucha en plataformas externas (Spotify, YouTube y otras). RS Music no aloja ni vende archivos de música en este sitio.
• Si crees que algún contenido del sitio usa tu obra sin permiso, escríbenos por el formulario de contacto y lo revisamos.

4. Enlaces a otros sitios

El sitio tiene enlaces a plataformas de música y redes sociales. No controlamos esos sitios y no somos responsables de su contenido, disponibilidad ni de sus políticas.

5. Solicitudes para ser parte de RS Music

• Enviar una solicitud no garantiza que firmemos un contrato ni que te respondamos en un tiempo fijo.
• Envía solo música y datos que sean tuyos o que tengas permiso de compartir.
• Al enviar enlaces a tu música, nos permites escucharla y revisarla para evaluar tu solicitud. Tu música sigue siendo tuya.
• Cualquier acuerdo de trabajo con RS Music se hace por separado y por escrito.

6. Publicidad

El sitio puede mostrar anuncios de terceros, como Google AdSense. Los anuncios no significan que RS Music recomiende esos productos o servicios. Sobre las cookies de publicidad, lee nuestra Política de privacidad.

7. Sin garantías

Hacemos lo posible para que la información sea correcta y el sitio funcione bien, pero el sitio se ofrece "tal como está". Los datos de las canciones (fechas, duraciones, enlaces) vienen de plataformas externas y pueden cambiar.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida que permita la ley, RS Music no es responsable de daños que vengan del uso del sitio, de no poder usarlo o de usar los sitios externos enlazados.

9. Cambios a estos términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Cuando lo hagamos, cambiaremos la fecha de "Última actualización" de arriba. Si sigues usando el sitio después de un cambio, aceptas los términos nuevos.

rsmusic.cc is the website of RS Music, an independent music label. Here we present our artists, their music, their releases and a way to contact us.

2. Permitted use

You may use the site to learn about our artists, listen to their music on the linked platforms and contact us. You may not:

• Try to damage, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
• Send spam, false or offensive content, or content that is not yours through the form.
• Copy the whole site or impersonate RS Music or its artists.

3. Content and rights

• Songs, artist names, covers and photos belong to their artists or their legal owners.
• The site design, texts, biographies and release descriptions belong to RS Music.
• Music is played on external platforms (Spotify, YouTube and others). RS Music does not host or sell music files on this site.
• If you believe any content on the site uses your work without permission, write to us through the contact form and we will review it.

4. Links to other sites

The site links to music platforms and social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

5. Applications to join RS Music

• Sending an application does not guarantee a contract or a reply within a set time.
• Only send music and data that are yours or that you have permission to share.
• By sending links to your music, you allow us to listen to and review it to evaluate your application. Your music stays yours.
• Any working agreement with RS Music is made separately and in writing.

6. Advertising

The site may show third-party ads, such as Google AdSense. Ads do not mean that RS Music endorses those products or services. For advertising cookies, read our Privacy policy.

7. No warranties

We do our best to keep information accurate and the site working well, but the site is provided "as is". Song data (dates, lengths, links) comes from external platforms and may change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RS Music is not liable for damages arising from using the site, being unable to use it, or using the linked external sites.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
